Residential

All design has an origin and a basis for its composition. We study the site, the program and the project specifics in order to achieve the ultimate success of our projects. The following categories give an example of various landscape and architectural design styles that may inspire and give direction for your own project.

Mediterranean

Inspired by the architectural styles and climates of Spain, Italy and France this style is predominate in our local area.

English Cottage

This garden compliments many architectural styles such as Tudor, Victorian, Craftsman and English Cottage.

Formal / Classic / Traditional

Inspired by Old World gardens in France and Italy, this garden style has been interpreted in many of the older Montecito Estates.

California / Native

Drawing from plant communities of our local environment, Californian native landscapes use materials indigenous and unique to the State of California.

Country / Ranch

Rolling hillsides of grasses, singular Coastal Oaks and a style that is uniquely rustic, defines our California western landscapes.

Hilltop Modern

Creative organization and massing of unique plant material can help to enhance the imaginative and artistic style of Modern or Contemporary Architecture.

City Contemporary

An array of tactfully placed lighting accentuate the garden features including secret nooks, meandering paths, sculptures and water features. Abundant greenery is offset by clean lines of stone hardscape to provide a thoroughly modern urban pool area.

Modern Fusion

Sub Tropical

Palm Trees, Ginger, Canna Lily, Bougainvillea, Cycads and Aloes are abundant plants that come from Tropical climates that thrive in the Santa Barbara climate.
